Star Maker Talent Agency was founded by casting directors Hala Al Jarrah and Mohammad Kloub, bringing over a decade of hands-on experience in the film and television industry across Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and the wider MENA region.
With a strong background in casting for feature films, TV series, and commercials, they have led projects from early character development and street casting to auditions and on-set coordination. Their work reflects a deep understanding of both performance and storytelling, allowing them to match the right talent with each project's creative vision.
Together, they have contributed to more than 30 feature films and over 100 commercial productions, with projects showcased at major international festivals including Cannes, Venice, and TIFF.
Through collaborations with leading regional and international platforms such as Netflix, MBC, and Shahid, Star Maker continues to build bridges between emerging and established talent and visionary filmmakers.
